This Policy applies to inputs, uploads, outputs, prompts, voices, likenesses, shared links, exports, APIs, and automation.
1. Safety and exploitation
You may not use Serialoom to create, upload, or distribute:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), including fictional depictions;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- content that promotes violent harm to people;
- content that facilitates trafficking or severe exploitation.
2. Fraud, impersonation, and deception
Prohibited:
- fraud, phishing, social-engineering kits;
- impersonating a person, brand, or entity without authorization;
- deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead about real events or elections;
- fake invoices, credential theft, or payment fraud;
- chargeback fraud or welcome-credit abuse.
3. Voice, likeness, and privacy
Prohibited without required rights/consent:
- cloning or synthesizing a real person’s voice or face;
- biometric processing to identify someone without a lawful basis;
- doxxing or publishing others’ sensitive personal data;
- violating another’s privacy or personality rights.
High-risk likeness/voice features require consent records and may remain disabled until controls are complete.
4. Intellectual property
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other IP, or that removes rights-management information unlawfully.
5. Harassment and hate
No harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse. No misuse that glorifies extremist violence or recruits for violent extremist groups.
6. Illegal goods and malware
No content or tooling for illegal weapons trafficking, clearly illegal drugs markets, or malware/ransomware distribution. No attempts to probe, disrupt, or bypass Serialoom or provider security.
7. Platform abuse
Prohibited:
- circumventing rate limits, safety filters, or billing/credit controls;
- account farming or multi-accounting to obtain welcome credits;
- reselling Production Credits or access except as we expressly allow;
- unauthorized automated scraping of the service;
- misusing provider services in ways forbidden by their terms.
8. Enforcement
We may warn, limit features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse improperly obtained credits, and report to authorities. We may preserve evidence. Appeals: email support@[DOMAIN] with your account email and case details. Decisions may be final where abuse is clear, subject to mandatory law.
9. Provider floor
Restrictions are at least as strict as active providers require (including ElevenLabs, Luma, NVIDIA, Google) when those providers are enabled.
