1. Notice
If you believe content on Serialoom infringes your copyright or other IP, send a complaint to copyright@[DOMAIN] with the information below.
U.S. DMCA designated agent: Not registered / not claimed. Serialoom does not assert DMCA safe-harbor registration until an agent is actually registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and published.
2. Required complaint contents
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name acceptable for email if clearly intended as signature).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed (or list if multiple).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, workspace/series/episode/shot ids if known, screenshots).
- Your contact information (email, address, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you are the owner or authorized to act.
3. Handling
We may remove or disable access to disputed material, notify the user who posted it, and preserve records. Fraudulent or bad-faith notices may result in account action and legal consequences.
4. Counter-notice (where applicable)
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, email copyright@[DOMAIN] with:
- your signature;
- identification of removed material and prior location;
- a good-faith statement that removal was mistake/misidentification;
- consent to jurisdiction of Tel Aviv–Jaffa courts (or mandatory consumer forum), and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
We may restore content unless the complainant seeks a court order within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law. This counter-notice process is offered for fairness and is not a claim of DMCA statutory compliance.
5. Repeat infringement
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Other IP and personality rights
The same mailbox may be used for trademark and unauthorized likeness complaints; include comparable detail and proof of rights.
