Every billable action has a credit price attached before you trigger it. Drafts, finals, voice, music, captions and renders cost what the provider charges plus our margin — and a failed job costs nothing.

The price of an action is visible before it runs. Batch actions show the total first.
Failed and timed-out jobs are never charged. Their credit reservation is released.

Why credits instead of an all-you-can-spend plan?

Generation has a real cost on every attempt. Credits let Serialoom show the price of each action and keep you in control instead of hiding throttles behind a flat claim.

Do unused credits roll over?

Purchased packs never expire. Included monthly credits are used first, so your purchased balance is only touched when you need it.

What happens when I hit my cap?

Billable actions stop. Your prompts, references and queue position remain intact while you reduce the draft count, review existing work or authorize more spend.

Am I charged for failed generations?

No. A failed or timed-out job releases its reservation and records that nothing was charged.

Can I connect my own AI provider accounts?

No. Serialoom routes video, voice, and text through managed providers so pricing, fallbacks, and quality stay consistent across plans.

Who owns what I make?

You retain ownership of your work, subject to the terms of the providers used to generate media.
